CM Summit 2008 San Francisco

Slowly but surely, San Francisco is becoming my favorite city in this country. Every time I visit, I feel like I am going to a wonderful place where people speak my language and the air is clear. Sounds silly, but it's true. This past week a few of my coworkers and I traveled west for a client meeting, and got a special treat from the people at Federated Media. They sponsored a trip to the CMSummit @ The Golden Gate Club. This was an awesome experience and a wonderful summit.

To top it off with sprinkles, we were put in the Mandarin Oriental. We had top floor rooms with jacuzzi tubs, and wine, and tea, and plush beds with views of the bay. It was really something else. I had such a wonderful time.

While I am still in the process of editing my videos and my notes from the conference, I wanted to drop a short note on my blog since I have been too busy to really update it lately.

I Need A Fix Cause I'm Going Down...

Going to Hawaii was a life changing experience for me. I didn't expect to really learn anything, and I didn't expect to want to. Attending the personal growth conference was really inspiring and prepared me for a lot of things that smacked me hard in the face when I got back to NY.

What I have promised myself this week is to never say that I am bored or comfortable with my situations. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) can change in an instant. Or.. A New York Minute.

Here are the Great things in Frozen2Late's Life right now: (so not to dwell on anything negative)

  1. Morpheus Media (the agency I work for) is doing some pretty awesome things that are really mentally stimulating and I enjoy my work more than most anything I have ever done.
  2. My Yoga practice is in full gear and I haven't really skipped a beat.
  3. I am currently running between 12-20 miles per week and have never felt better.
  4. My MacBook is awesome and it was one of the best purchases I have ever made.
  5. I am currently looking for an apartment for myself which for the first time ever.. I will be able to comfortably afford.
  6. My Hair (although it changes often) looks and feels great and healthy.
  7. I am STILL not biting my nails.
  8. I have Amazing Champion friends who constantly inspire and support every move I make.
  9. I have such an awesome sister who I am getting closer to everyday.
  10. The weather is so nice :)

Hawaii= The Most Beautiful Place in the World

I am currently in Hawaii with my great friend, Dana and it is amazing. The beach, the weather, the smell of fresh air. It is a beautiful place! Life is good!

Going to Hawaii!!!

... Where the sun shines and the sand is pure. Where the ocean is blue and volcanoes soar.

I am the luckiest girl on the planet and I have amazing friends. My friend Dana, who blogs over at Zen For Kids & My Life in Abundance has invited me on a trip with her to Hawaii!

I have never been to Hawaii and I am really excited to go there and relax, enjoy the island, and learn as much as possible. I will be sure to take tons of pictures and post them.

This weekend I am going to researching special things to do there that can't be done anywhere else... and possibly get ink?!

Sunny Travels in May

As I wrote in my SEO and Social Media Blog, I will be in Los Angeles, CA for the Executing Social Media conference this week and I am very excited!

Then I will return to work and have some fun in NYC for Memorial Day Weekend. The next Weds I will hope on another flight going down to Fort Lauderdale where many people I love are! I will stay with my grandparents and soak up as much sun as possible.

I really want to go to my favorite beach, Pompano Beach. It is by far the most beautiful (shark free) beach in all of Florida!

Travels & Destinations

Have you ever planned something, like a vacation, event, or a party, and just didn't think about it until the day before?

About a month ago, my friend Liz and I planned a trip to San Francisco. We have a few friends out there, including Lawrence and Petey. Even though I have been there before, it was only for a few hours during my trip to San Jose a few years ago.

Being so busy at work, and getting really into my new diet, I have almost forgotten to be excited about my trip to California. I have only been to San Jose before and that trip only lasted 3 days. This will be really exciting because we are renting a car and going on adventures. I am really excited to get away with Liz because we haven't really been able to hang out a lot.

I decided to check out The Yoga Tree because I hear it is a really great San Franciscan yoga company.

Liz also came up with the great idea to rent bikes and ride over the Golden Gate Bridge. I am really excited about that because it seems like one of those "once in lifetime" experience. I definitely feel that I am in the right shape to totally enjoy the ride.

I feel very excited and I can't wait to get on the plane tomorrow!!
