Since I've learned how to stop biting my fingernails, I have experimented with many different types of nail polish. I've even learned how to give myself pretty awesome manicures and its really quite fun. In the now, 6 months that I haven't bitten my nails, I have bought around 30 new nail polishes. Out of all of the different brands I have bought, Scherer's Petites is definitely the worst. (I can't even link to the site, there is none)
It takes about 3 - 4 coats to actually see the true color and its really goopy. It doesn't apply smooth at all. I used the light green color on my toenails for most of the summer because there is no other time to wear fun colors and get away with it. It's actually sort of unfair for me to complain about this being that the price is so cheap. I have bout much more expensive nail polishes and have definitely gotten my monies worth. I guess that is the rule of thumb.
